Fresco Gongora vs Frisco Garcia

Boxing Daily Report from the Bungu Promotions promoted show at Bamfokwakye Gym, Matamoros,  taking place on 30/12/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fresco Gongora (10(4) - 1 - 1) who hails from Reynosa, Mexico and Frisco Garcia(6 - 2) from Reynosa, Mexico.  Both Gongora and Garcia weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Senor, and the three ringside judges are Angel Albo, Cisco Socarras and Santiago Lopez.  

Round 1: 

Gongora closes the distance and digs in a stinging left hook to Garcia's body.  
Gongora digs in a solid left hook to Garcia's body.  
Gongora steps inside.  Gongora pivots from in front of his opponent.  Gongora tries to land a left hook, but Garcia dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Gongora's ribcage.  
Garcia drives a left uppercut into Gongora's liver.  Gongora ties up his opponent.  Garcia pushes his forearm into Gongora's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Garcia.  
Garcia is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Gongora is on target with a stinging cross.  
Garcia manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Gongora throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Gongora feints a cross, tricking Garcia into throwing a left hook counter.  Gongora springs the trap, countering with  a firm right uppercut.  
Gongora advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Gongora lands a firm left hook.  
Garcia steps away from his opponent and attempts to land a cross, but Gongora sidesteps and counters with a firm right uppercut to Garcia's ribs.

Gongora lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Gongora is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Gongora lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS GARCIA DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
It looks like Garcia has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
