Leopold Zavesky vs Ivan Belussov

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at Rondo Arena, Brno,  taking place on 23/01/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Nova Sports 1, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Leopold Zavesky (3 - 0) who hails from Brno, Czech Republic and Ivan Belussov(8 - 7 - 5) from Saratov, Russia.  Both Zavesky and Belussov weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bedrich Korda, and the three ringside judges are Bedrich Sliva, Libor Vasek and Hynek Maresh.  

Round 1: 

Belussov attempts to land a jab, but Zavesky blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.

Zavesky quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Belussov attempts to land a right hook, but Zavesky slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Zavesky walks Belussov into a corner.  Zavesky lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Belussov lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Zavesky closes the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Zavesky advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Zavesky attempts to land a right hook, but Belussov blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Belussov throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Belussov steps to the outside.  Zavesky sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Belussov connects with an overhand right.  
Zavesky advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.

Zavesky manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Zavesky sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a firm right hook to his opponents body.  
Belussov throws a left uppercut, but Zavesky ties up his opponent.  Zavesky is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Zavesky pushes his forearm into Belussov's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Zavesky sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Zavesky lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Zavesky steps inside and hits home with a solid left hook.  
Zavesky walks Belussov down, trapping him in a corner.  Zavesky lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Zavesky quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a solid left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Zavesky pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Zavesky advances into close range.  Zavesky quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Zavesky advances into close range.  Zavesky sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Zavesky attempts to land a left hook, but Belussov parries the shot and counters with a right hook.

Zavesky lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Zavesky attempts to land a right hook, but Belussov blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Zavesky sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Belussov attempts to land a left hook, but Zavesky sidesteps and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Zavesky lands a mean cross.  BELUSSOV IS HURT!  
Belussov is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Zavesky senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Zavesky SLAMS a VICIOUS cross into his opponents face.  BELUSSOV IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 9.  Belussov now seems to have his senses back.

Zavesky tries to keep the action at long range.  Zavesky feints a left hook, and then tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Belussov attempts to land a jab, but Zavesky parries the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Belussov walks Zavesky into a neutral corner.  Belussov pivots to the side of his opponent.  Zavesky lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Zavesky gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Belussov quickly recovers.
