Mark Bower vs Kris Gaul

Boxing Daily Report from the Keystone Boxing promoted show at Wichita Brown, Wichita,  taking place on 08/01/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Kansas Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Bower (9 - 14(4) - 4) who hails from Wichita, USA and Kris Gaul(36(17) - 11(2) - 1) from Wichita, USA.  Both Bower and Gaul weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Ghee, and the three ringside judges are Michael Hoy, Duncan Buyers and Dominic Galloway.  

Round 1: 

Gaul closes the distance and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Gaul lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Gaul sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Gaul hits home with a solid right hook.  
Gaul advances into close range.  Gaul sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Gaul steps inside and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Gaul lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Gaul advances into close range and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Gaul pivots to the left of his opponent and drives a stinging left hook into Bower's liver.  
Bower steps away from his opponent.  Gaul is on target with a cross to his opponents body.  
Gaul advances into close range and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Gaul drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Gaul lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Gaul is on target with a left hook to Bower's body.  
Gaul is on target with a stinging cross.  
Gaul lands with a solid jab.

Gaul is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gaul dabs at his face checking for damage.

Gaul steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Bower almost instantly recovers. 
Gaul lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Gaul connects with an overhand right.  Gaul tries to land a jab, but Bower slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Gaul is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Gaul lands a cross.  
Bower tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with an overhand left.  
Bower quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Gaul is on target with a sharp overhand right.  
Gaul is looking to close the distance.  Bower pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Gaul gets on the inside and slams a nasty left uppercut into his opponents body.  BOWER IS HURT!  Bower almost instantly recovers.
