Bruce MacKellar vs Ranjiv Chawla

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at SSE Hydro, Glasgow,  taking place on 23/01/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Commonwealth Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Bruce MacKellar (23(6) - 8(1) - 2) who hails from Coventry, UK and Ranjiv Chawla(22(13) - 15(6) - 1) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Both MacKellar and Chawla weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Matthew, and the three ringside judges are Abdul Arif, Marcus Couch and Adam Blair.  

Round 1: 

Chawla connects with a firm right uppercut.  Chawla attempts to land a jab, but MacKellar sidesteps and counters with a cross.
