Billy Maddocks vs Max Hom

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Infinity Insurance Park, Miami,  taking place on 25/12/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Billy Mad Dog Maddocks (2(2) - 0) who hails from Atlanta, USA and Max Hom(2 - 7 - 1) from Saint Paul, USA.  Maddocks weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces, while Hom weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Matteson, and the three ringside judges are Glynn Mescall, Mason Valcarcel and Elliot Balderas.  

Round 1: 

Maddocks advances into close range.  Hom pivots to the left of his opponent.  Maddocks lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT! Maddocks advances into close range and manages to force Hom into a corner.  Maddocks digs in a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.

Hom attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Maddocks to the neutral corner.  He warns Hom that he could be heading for a point deduction.  
Maddocks sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a stinging jab.  
Maddocks gets on the inside.  Hom throws a right hook, but Maddocks ties up his opponent.  Maddocks leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Maddocks's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Maddocks lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Maddocks walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Maddocks is on target with a stinging left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Maddocks lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.
