Paul Riddle vs Davie Badders

Boxing Daily Report from the Jay promoted show at Nassau Yelton, Nassau,  taking place on 18/01/2044:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bahamas-New Providence Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Riddle (26(12) - 9(5)) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Davie Badders(10 - 13(5) - 1) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Riddle weighed in at 118 pounds, while Badders weighed in at 117 pounds And 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Leys, and the three ringside judges are Jack Taylor, John Bannerman and Ellis Dugal.  

Round 1: 

Riddle lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Riddle forces Badders to retreat onto the ropes.  Riddle lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Riddle drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Badders hits the target with a sharp jab.

Riddle lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND DROPS BADDERS TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Riddle drives a left uppercut into Badders's liver.  
Riddle sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Badders is on target with a right hook.  Badders throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Riddle drives a left hook into his opponents body.  Riddle wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Badders dabs at his face checking for damage.

Badders is looking to keep the action on the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Badders sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Riddle lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Badders recovers before his opponent can take advantage.
