Ferdy Plier vs Peer Gerdes

Boxing Daily Report from the Yrgendwer promoted show at Heidelberg Jessen, Heidelberg,  taking place on 22/01/2044:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Germany-Baden-Wurttemberg Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ferdy Plier (9 - 0) who hails from Stuttgart, Germany and Peer Gerdes(6 - 8 - 4) from Stuttgart, Germany.  Plier weighed in at 252 pounds and 5 ounces, while Gerdes weighed in at 228 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lambart Kammerman, and the three ringside judges are Lambart Kammerman, Ritt Pfister and Konni Geil.
