Afon Shimko vs Vanko Karlik

Boxing Daily Report from the Ring star promoted show at Yubileyny Sports Palace, Saint Petersburg,  taking place on 20/02/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Afon Shimko (22(6) - 3 - 1) who hails from Saint Petersburg, Russia and Vanko Karlik(19 - 11(1) - 2) from Odessa, Ukraine.  Both Shimko and Karlik weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dimi Aksinin, and the three ringside judges are Gennady Obmochaev, Aleksandr Melantev and Mikhail Dubow.
