Richard Bowell vs Louis Finlayson

Boxing Daily Report from the Southpaw Syndicate promoted show at The Palestra, Philadelphia,  taking place on 26/02/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Pennsylvania Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Richard Liberty Bowell (17(13) - 0) who hails from Philadelphia, USA and Louis Finlayson(25(1) - 11(4) - 3) from Philadelphia, USA.  Both Bowell and Finlayson weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Garrett, and the three ringside judges are Ashley Perk, Sam Doig and Rex Cowper.  

Round 1: 

Finlayson is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Finlayson lands with a stinging jab.  
Finlayson steps inside.  Finlayson sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Finlayson is on target with a left hook.  Bowell holds on to his opponent.  Bowell is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Finlayson lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Bowell tries to step out of his opponents range.  Finlayson hits home with a cross.  
Finlayson forces Bowell to back into the corner.  Finlayson attempts to land a jab, but Bowell blocks the shot and counters with a spiteful left hook to his opponents body.  FINLAYSON IS HURT!  
Bowell is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Bowell is on target with a telling right uppercut to his opponents body.  FINLAYSON HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Finlayson is looking to close the distance.  Bowell lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body, KNOCKING FINLAYSON DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Finlayson now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Bowell connects with a sharp left hook.  
Finlayson drives a right hook into Bowell's ribs.  
Bowell SLAMS a hurtful right hook into his opponents face.  FINLAYSON WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Bowell is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Bowell is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Bowell connects with a DEVASTATING left hook.  FINLAYSON IS DOWN!  THE REF IMMEDIATELY WAVES OFF THE FIGHT...HE'S SEEN ENOUGH!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Bowell!
