Jose Virgen vs Gig Ruis

Boxing Daily Report from the Miguel promoted show at Guadalajara Berlanga, Guadalajara,  taking place on 30/01/2044:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Jalisco Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jose Virgen (6 - 15 - 5) who hails from Guadalajara, Mexico and Gig Ruis(5 - 2(1)) from Guadalajara, Mexico.  Virgen weighed in at 118 pounds, while Ruis weighed in at 117 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Enzo Hinojosa, and the three ringside judges are Xavier Fontanez, Cuba Tiscareno and Fresco Fuentes.
