Joshua Mullen vs John Prichard

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at First Avenue, Minneapolis,  taking place on 27/02/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joshua Mullen (9(5) - 0) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and John Prichard(4 - 2 - 1) from Phoenix, USA.  Mullen weighed in at 175 pounds, while Prichard weighed in at 174 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is David Scholar, and the three ringside judges are Phil Bertel, Nathan Langer and Sam Power.  

Round 1: 

Mullen closes the distance.  Prichard throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Mullen holds on to his opponent.  Mullen pushes his forearm into Prichard's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Mullen.  
Mullen lands a right uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Mullen gets on the inside and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Mullen clinches his opponent.  Mullen leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Mullen's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Prichard tries to step out of his opponents range.  Mullen lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Mullen advances into close range.  Prichard throws a right hook, but Mullen ties up his opponent.  Mullen leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Mullen's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mullen lands two left uppercuts to the body, and one to the head.  
Mullen forces Prichard to retreat onto the ropes.  Mullen lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Mullen is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Prichard throws a left hook, but Mullen holds on to his opponent.  Mullen is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Mullen about fouling.  
Prichard throws a left hook, but Mullen clinches his opponent.  Mullen is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Prichard sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Prichard throws a left hook, but Mullen clinches his opponent.  Mullen is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Mullen lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Mullen lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Mullen forces Prichard to back into the ropes.  Mullen slams a hurtful right hook into Prichard's body.  DOWN GOES PRICHARD!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  Prichard now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Mullen finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Mullen lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DROPS PRICHARD!  He manages to get up at 5.  Mullen ties up his opponent.  Mullen leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  Prichard recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Mullen circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Prichard lands a cross.  
Mullen lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Mullen is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Mullen lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND SENDS PRICHARD SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  The ref waves off the fight.  He does not believe Prichard can continue!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Mullen!
