Mike Bay vs Alec Grassie

Boxing Daily Report from the Shima-Enaga promoted show at Shima-Enaga Gym, Nassau,  taking place on 05/03/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Mike Bay (2 - 0) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Alec Grassie(0 - 5(1)) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Both Bay and Grassie weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zach Bagley, and the three ringside judges are Lucas Roddick, Antwan Young and Henry Reedy.  

Round 1: 

Grassie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Grassie forces Bay to back into the red corner.  Grassie sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Bay lands a right hook.  Bay attempts to land a jab, but Grassie sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Grassie pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Bay lands a stiff jab.  
Bay lands a cross.  
Bay is looking to close the distance and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Bay closes the distance.  Grassie attempts to land a left hook, but Bay dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Bay hits home with a left hook.  
Bay lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Bay lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.

Bay lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  Bay clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Bay pushes his forearm into Grassie's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Bay about fouling.  
Grassie throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Bay ties up his opponent.  Bay is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Grassie's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.

Bay pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a right hook into Grassie's body.  
Bay walks Grassie into the corner.  Bay lands a right uppercut.

Bay advances into close range and digs in a left hook to Grassie's body.
