Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing 3.0 promoted show at Soshanguve Mabena, Soshanguve,  taking place on 05/02/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Southern African Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Quannell Otu (16(3) - 4(4)) who hails from East London, South Africa and Wandisile Ncita(16(8) - 3(3)) from Johannesburg, South Africa.  Otu weighed in at 147 pounds, while Ncita weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Kamalebo, and the three ringside judges are Cole Twala, Tshepo Dikgacoi and Fraser Mulder.  

Round 1: 

Otu lands a straight 1 - 2.

Some sustained pressure from Ncita could be enough to finish Otu!  Ncita lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND OTU IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  Otu now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
