Corey Nixon vs Ponce Barbas

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Stub Hub Center (Tennis), Los Angeles,  taking place on 13/02/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Corey Nixon (6(2) - 0 - 1) who hails from Chicago, USA and Ponce Barbas(4 - 0) from Maracaibo, Venezuela.  Both Nixon and Barbas weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ricky Kinnon, and the three ringside judges are Greg Blanco, Bryan Cadwallader and Morgan Reuben.
