Phil Camlin vs Elliot Egerton

Boxing Daily Report from the Nkrumah Promotions promoted show at Albuquerque Lopez, Albuquerque,  taking place on 07/02/2044:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New Mexico Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Phil Camlin (17 - 2) who hails from Albuquerque, USA and Elliot Egerton(14 - 1 - 1) from Albuquerque, USA.  Both Camlin and Egerton weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Josh Waddell, and the three ringside judges are Harvey Prior, Danyaal Zehri and Ewan Carmen.  

Round 1: 

Egerton advances into close range.  Egerton voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Camlin steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.
