Akeem Abeni vs Amrou Basser

Boxing Daily Report from the Ognjen promoted show at Jamaa el-Fnaa, Marrakech,  taking place on 14/02/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Akeem Abeni (11(8) - 0) who hails from Enugu, Nigeria and Amrou Basser(2 - 3 - 1) from Fes, Morocco.  Abeni weighed in at 175 pounds, while Basser weighed in at 174 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jaul Arush, and the three ringside judges are Zeyn Sebti, Salamah Elhad and Wasif Yacoubi.  

Round 1: 

Abeni switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right, jab and a cross to his opponents head.

Basser advances into close range.  Abeni is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Basser steps inside.  Abeni pivots to the left of his opponent.  Abeni lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Abeni holds on to his opponent.  Basser leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Abeni pushes his forearm into Basser's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Abeni feints a right, and then lands a right hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.
