Justin Gourcuff vs Odo Lescot

Boxing Daily Report from the Anang Promotions promoted show at Paris Roussel, Paris,  taking place on 28/01/2044:

Clearly Anang Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Justin Gourcuff (7(2) - 0) who hails from Tours, France and Odo Lescot(2 - 12(1) - 3) from Strasbourg, France.  Both Gourcuff and Lescot weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lance Belgard, and the three ringside judges are Villiers Allie, Andre Jalabert and Ace Larbaud.  

Round 1:

Gourcuff lands a jab to the body followed by two straights to the head.  
Lescot advances into close range.  Gourcuff sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Gourcuff lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  Gourcuff clinches his opponent.  Gourcuff is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Gourcuff lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Gourcuff ties up his opponent.  Gourcuff pushes his forearm into Lescot's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Gourcuff lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Gourcuff ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Gourcuff pushes his forearm into Lescot's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Gourcuff to stop fouling.

Lescot advances into close range.  Gourcuff lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Gourcuff ties up his opponent.  Lescot is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Gourcuff is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a jab, cross and an overhand right to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Lescot recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Gourcuff sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Lescot throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Gourcuff switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Gourcuff lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Gourcuff lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Gourcuff lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Lescot steps inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Gourcuff on the ropes.  Lescot quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Gourcuff throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the punch.  Gourcuff ties up his opponent.  Gourcuff is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Gourcuff is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with a jab to Lescot's body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Lescot's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Lescot's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Lescot gets on the inside.  Gourcuff pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Lescot walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Lescot feints a jab, but Gourcuff does not fall for it and lands with a right hook.  
Gourcuff lands a jab to the body followed by two straights to the head.  
Gourcuff steps away from his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Lescot hits home with a right hook.  
Lescot attempts to land a cross, but Gourcuff slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Gourcuff lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Gourcuff lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Lescot closes the distance.  Gourcuff pivots from in front of his opponent.  Gourcuff lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Gourcuff holds on to his opponent.  Gourcuff tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Lescot behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Gourcuff about fouling.  
Gourcuff is looking to keep his distance and lands a solid jab.  
Gourcuff pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a stinging jab.  
Gourcuff steps to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Lescot lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Gourcuff is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with a CRUSHING cross.  LESCOT WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Some sustained pressure from Gourcuff could be enough to finish Lescot!  Gourcuff is on target with a mean cross.  LESCOT IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  
Gourcuff DETONATES a spiteful right uppercut on his opponents face.  LESCOT IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  Lescot now seems to have his senses back.  
Lescot steps inside.  Gourcuff lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Lescot's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.
