Steven Yegon vs Shaquille Maru

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Machakos promoted show at Kangundo-Tala Kayange, Kangundo-Tala,  taking place on 11/02/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Steven Yegon (26(1) - 1(1)) who hails from Naivasha, Kenya and Shaquille Maru(7(2) - 1) from Athi River, Kenya.  Yegon weighed in at 139 pounds and 8 ounces, while Maru weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Mwiria, and the three ringside judges are Euan Kaikai, Ian Kahiu and Noah Komon.
