Yavuz Gorgulu vs Berkant Demirer

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Turkey-Ankara promoted show at Ankara Uche, Ankara,  taking place on 14/02/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NTV Spor, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Yavuz Gorgulu (11 - 4 - 1) who hails from Ankara, Turkey and Berkant Demirer(10(4) - 3(1)) from Adana, Turkey.  Both Gorgulu and Demirer weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Erdem Balkan, and the three ringside judges are Adem Dogan, Mehmet Halefoglu and Hakan Araci.  

Round 1:

Gorgulu throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Demirer ties up his opponent.  Demirer leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Demirer's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Gorgulu throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gorgulu's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Gorgulu's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Gorgulu's trainer is passing on some tactical advice. Demirer lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Demirer drives a right hook into Gorgulu's body.  
Demirer wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gorgulu dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Demirer is on target with a mean right hook.  GORGULU WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Demirer clinches his opponent.  Demirer pushes his forearm into Gorgulu's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Demirer.  Gorgulu almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Demirer feints a left hook, and then tries to land a right uppercut, but Gorgulu slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Gorgulu steps to the outside and lands a jab.  
Gorgulu is looking to keep his distance and connects with a cross.
