Boxing Daily Report from the Ecosse Boxing promoted show at Munachoonga Gym, Glasgow,  taking place on 17/02/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Scotland Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Duncan McIntosh (19 - 9(3)) who hails from Glasgow, UK and Hamish McCrackin(9 - 8 - 3) from Dundee, UK.  Both McIntosh and McCrackin weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Anton Adam, and the three ringside judges are David MacInnes, David McClarnon and Dennis McClung.  

Round 1: 

McIntosh steps inside and is on target with a left uppercut.  
McIntosh is looking to keep his distance.  McCrackin tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
McIntosh lands with a stinging jab.

McIntosh uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits McCrackin behind the head. McCrackin pushes his forearm into McIntosh's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures McCrackin about fouling.

McIntosh closes the distance and drives a right hook into McCrackin's ribs.  
McIntosh advances into close range and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
McIntosh lands a straight 1 - 2.  
McCrackin is looking to close the distance.  McIntosh throws a right uppercut, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  McIntosh clinches his opponent.  McIntosh tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits McCrackin's kidney. The referee warns McIntosh and breaks the clinch.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to McIntosh.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
