Tavon Ngugi vs Danny Godana

Boxing Daily Report from the Skebenga Corp promoted show at Mombasa Municipal Stadium, Mombasa,  taking place on 02/04/2044:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Kenya Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Tavon Ngugi (16(13) - 1 - 1) who hails from Kangundo-Tala, Kenya and Danny Godana(34(5) - 16(5) - 1) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Ngugi weighed in at 232 pounds, while Godana weighed in at 212 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Nwa Lugano, and the three ringside judges are Paul Kithuka, Hassan Badini and James Baldacchino.  

Round 1:

Ngugi switches the action to the outside and drives a firm cross into his opponents body.  GODANA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Godana gets on the inside.  Ngugi thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Godana away.  Ngugi lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body, AND GODANA IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Godana has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Ngugi thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Godana away.  Ngugi lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND SENDS GODANA TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Ngugi!
