Verner Strober vs Trennen Schabel

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle, Stuttgart,  taking place on 19/03/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Germany Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sport Deutschland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Verner Strober (42(34) - 9(5)) who hails from Heidelberg, Germany and Trennen Schabel(35(2) - 15(5)) from Braunschweig, Germany.  Strober weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces, while Schabel weighed in at 174 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Janez Kring, and the three ringside judges are Arick Strebe, Janez Casper and Wilburt Jude.  

Round 1: 

Strober closes the distance.  Schabel hits home with a solid right hook.  Strober holds on to his opponent.  Schabel is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Strober pushes his forearm into Schabel's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Schabel throws a left hook, but Strober ties up his opponent.  Strober uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Schabel behind the head. 
Strober cuts off the ring, trapping Schabel on the ropes.  Strober pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Schabel almost instantly recovers. 
Strober lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Strober holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Strober pushes his forearm into Schabel's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Strober about fouling.  
Strober lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Strober gets on the inside.  Schabel pivots to the left of his opponent.  Strober is on target with a sharp right hook to his opponents body.  
Strober connects with a left hook.  Strober attempts to land a jab, but Schabel parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Strober gets on the inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Schabel steps to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Strober digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Schabel is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents body.  
Schabel manouvers Strober onto the ropes.  Strober drives a left hook into Schabel's body.  
Strober is looking to close the distance.  Schabel digs in a firm right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Strober hits home with a solid left hook.  
Strober pivots to the right of his opponent.  Strober throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Strober holds on to his opponent.  Schabel pushes his forearm into Strober's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Schabel lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Strober lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body, AND KNOCKS SCHABEL DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Schabel recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Strober drives a solid left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Strober lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Schabel quickly recovers. 
Strober lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Strober sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Strober lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Strober holds on to his opponent.  Strober hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. 
Strober drives a solid right hook into Schabel's body.  
Schabel switches the action to the outside.  Strober lands a hard jab.  
Strober gets on the inside.  Schabel throws a left hook, but Strober clinches his opponent.  Schabel leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Strober sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Strober walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Strober sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SCHABEL IS DOWN!  The ref immediately waves off the fight...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Strober!
