Valeri Kasparov vs Vasili Akinfeev

Boxing Daily Report from the Oris Promotions promoted show at Omsk Vlasov, Omsk,  taking place on 03/03/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Omsk Oblast Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Valeri Kasparov (5 - 10(1) - 1) who hails from Omsk, Russia and Vasili Akinfeev(8 - 4 - 4) from Omsk, Russia.  Kasparov weighed in at 160 pounds, while Akinfeev weighed in at 159 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Fedya Samourgachev, and the three ringside judges are Marlen Konev, Afanas Drozdov and Arseni Chemenov.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Kasparov.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
