Brandon McGee vs Volkan Cihan

Boxing Daily Report from the Elliot Britton promoted show at Elliot Gym, Bristol,  taking place on 22/02/2044:

Clearly Elliot Britton have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Brandon McGee (3 - 0) who hails from Bangor, UK and Volkan Cihan(1 - 0) from Istanbul, Turkey.  Both McGee and Cihan weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mike Manderson, and the three ringside judges are Joel Lowry, Peter Arras and Ian Akilu.  

Round 1: 

McGee throws a left hook, but misses the target.  McGee holds on to his opponent.  McGee is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns McGee and breaks the clinch.  
McGee advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  McGee clinches his opponent.  McGee leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
McGee feints a cross, tricking Cihan into countering with a left hook.  McGee is waiting for the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Cihan throws a right uppercut, but McGee ties up his opponent.  McGee tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Cihan behind the head. 
McGee is looking to close the distance and tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
McGee drives a right uppercut into Cihan's ribcage.  
McGee closes the distance and connects with a left hook.  
McGee connects with a left hook.  
McGee gets on the inside.  McGee quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
McGee is on target with a firm left hook to Cihan's liver.  
McGee closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Cihan pivots to the left of his opponent.  McGee throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  McGee clinches his opponent.  McGee is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks McGee's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
McGee is on target with a firm left hook to Cihan's liver.  
McGee gets on the inside and drives a right hook into Cihan's ribcage.  
McGee is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Cihan's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Cihan's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

McGee gets on the inside and forces Cihan to retreat onto the ropes.  McGee drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
McGee is looking to close the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.
