Diego Bernardez vs Zenon Guerra

Boxing Daily Report from the Los Moreco Promotions promoted show at Guillermo Villasana Gym, San Jose,  taking place on 15/03/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Costa Rica Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Repretel Channel 11, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Diego Bernardez (45(42) - 9(7)) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Zenon Guerra(2 - 5(1)) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Both Bernardez and Guerra weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Callejas, and the three ringside judges are Selestino Guillen, Fraco Dario and Kiki Briones.  

Round 1: 

Bernardez gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Bernardez holds on to his opponent.  Bernardez leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
