Robert Ormiston vs Sean Weatherhead

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Docklands Stadium, Melbourne,  taking place on 02/04/2044:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Australia Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Robert Ormiston (20(16) - 10(6)) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Sean Weatherhead(17(10) - 4(4) - 2) from Brisbane, Australia.  Ormiston weighed in at 159 pounds and 15 ounces, while Weatherhead weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Luckie, and the three ringside judges are Leighton McPherson, Owen MacCallum and Jack Steven.
