Sancho Merenda vs Leonel Monserrate

Boxing Daily Report from the Hansen Promotions promoted show at Joaquin Gularte Gym, Fortaleza,  taking place on 20/03/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Brazil-Ceara Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sancho Merenda (12 - 8 - 2) who hails from Fortaleza, Brazil and Leonel Monserrate(7 - 5 - 2) from Fortaleza, Brazil.  Merenda weighed in at 159 pounds and 11 ounces, while Monserrate weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Nicolau, and the three ringside judges are Oro Augusto, Malvolio Liberato and Juan Nicolau.
