Steinar Langer vs Igor Enevoldsen

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Denmark-Region Sjaelland promoted show at Ulffr Martinson Gym, Roskilde,  taking place on 22/03/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Denmark-Region Sjaelland Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Steinar Langer (6 - 9) who hails from Roskilde, Denmark and Igor Enevoldsen(14(2) - 1 - 1) from Roskilde, Denmark.  Both Langer and Enevoldsen weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sven Lage, and the three ringside judges are Knute Cornelius, Dyre Nissen and Sven Lage.  

Round 1: 

Langer advances into close range.  Enevoldsen lands a sharp right uppercut.  
Enevoldsen sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a stinging left hook.  
Enevoldsen lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Enevoldsen lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Enevoldsen is on target with a firm left hook.  
Langer cuts off the ring, trapping Enevoldsen on the ropes.  Enevoldsen is on target with a solid left hook.  Enevoldsen holds on to his opponent.  Enevoldsen throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks Enevoldsen's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Enevoldsen pivots to the side of his opponent.  Enevoldsen lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  Enevoldsen holds on to his opponent.  Enevoldsen is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Enevoldsen.  
Enevoldsen throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Enevoldsen ties up his opponent.  Enevoldsen leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.

Enevoldsen pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a right uppercut.  
Enevoldsen drives a right uppercut into Langer's body.  
Langer steps inside and forces Enevoldsen to retreat onto the ropes.  Enevoldsen lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Enevoldsen is on target with a right hook.  Enevoldsen clinches his opponent.  Enevoldsen leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.

Enevoldsen steps inside and throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Enevoldsen ties up his opponent.  Enevoldsen leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Enevoldsen pivots to the left of his opponent.  Enevoldsen throws a right hook, but his opponent avoids the punch.  Enevoldsen clinches his opponent.  Langer pushes his forearm into Enevoldsen's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Langer about fouling.  
Enevoldsen lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Enevoldsen is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Enevoldsen pivots to the side of his opponent.  Enevoldsen lands a left hook to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.  Enevoldsen clinches his opponent.  Enevoldsen throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Enevoldsen and breaks the clinch.  
Langer closes the distance.  Enevoldsen drives a right hook into Langer's body.  
Enevoldsen lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Enevoldsen lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Enevoldsen connects with a cross.  
Enevoldsen is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Enevoldsen lands a sharp left hook.  
Enevoldsen is on target with a right hook.  Enevoldsen clinches his opponent.  Enevoldsen hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Enevoldsen to stop holding.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Enevoldsen dabs at his face checking for damage.

Enevoldsen lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Langer's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Langer's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Langer's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Enevoldsen lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Enevoldsen hits home with a solid left hook.  
Enevoldsen is looking to close the distance and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Enevoldsen connects with a right hook.  
Enevoldsen is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Langer steps inside.  Enevoldsen lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Langer wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Enevoldsen has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
