Rodrigo Sundita vs Bronco Alcoser

Boxing Daily Report from the Echo Promotions promoted show at Manila Ligid, Manila,  taking place on 31/03/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-NCR Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rodrigo Sundita (8 - 7(1) - 2) who hails from Quezon City, Philippines and Bronco Alcoser(28 - 20(2) - 4) from Pasig, Philippines.  Sundita weighed in at 108 pounds, while Alcoser weighed in at 107 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paco Labindalawa, and the three ringside judges are Iago Monterroso, Alen Macairan and Paul Ambulo.  

Round 1: 

Sundita steps away from his opponent and is on target with a cross.

Alcoser gets on the inside.  Alcoser digs in a right hook to Sundita's ribcage.  Sundita wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Alcoser has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
