Odion Ibekwe vs Mel Eteimo

Boxing Daily Report from the Adusei Promotions promoted show at Hassan Sultana Gym, Maiduguri,  taking place on 01/04/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Borno State Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Odion Ibekwe (3 - 9 - 3) who hails from Maiduguri, Nigeria and Mel Eteimo(2 - 5 - 5) from Bama, Nigeria.  Both Ibekwe and Eteimo weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Patrick Ekoku, and the three ringside judges are Cody Aderemi, Zain Faraj and Irfan Rahaim.  

Round 1: 

Ibekwe connects with a cross.  
Eteimo manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Eteimo pivots to the left of his opponent.  Ibekwe lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.
