James Ngoyi vs Robert Van Heerden

Boxing Daily Report from the Eghenyan Promotions promoted show at iBhayi Sotyu, iBhayi,  taking place on 01/04/2044:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Eastern Cape Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are James Ngoyi (13(2) - 6(4) - 1) who hails from iBhayi, South Africa and Robert Van Heerden(7 - 3(1) - 1) from East London, South Africa.  Ngoyi weighed in at 200 pounds, while Van Heerden weighed in at 199 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rob Tshiepela, and the three ringside judges are Dai Phala, Borg Cronje and Deion Nsoh.  

Round 1: 

Ngoyi lands a cross.

Ngoyi feints a jab, and then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Van Heerden pivots from in front of his opponent.  Van Heerden tries to land a left uppercut, but Ngoyi slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Van Heerden tries to keep the action at long range and lands an overhand left.

Van Heerden steps away from his opponent.  Ngoyi lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Ngoyi advances into close range and connects with a right hook.  Ngoyi clinches his opponent.  Ngoyi leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Ngoyi forces Van Heerden to back into the ropes.  Ngoyi lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.
