Rodger Kuno vs Xabat Cobos

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at GETEC Arena, Dresden,  taking place on 09/04/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sport Deutschland, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Rodger Kuno (10(9) - 0) who hails from Hanover, Germany and Xabat Cobos(29 - 10(1) - 1) from Quito, Ecuador.  Both Kuno and Cobos weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lennart Gesser, and the three ringside judges are Lukas Gehman, Emo Abrell and Harimann Marburger.  

Round 1: 

Kuno gets on the inside.  Kuno sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kuno drives a firm left uppercut into his opponents liver.  IT LOOKS LIKE COBOS WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Kuno clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Kuno pushes his forearm into Cobos's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kuno about fouling.  Cobos recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Kuno steps inside and slams a hurtful left hook into Cobos's body.  COBOS WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Kuno ties up his opponent.  Kuno leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Cobos steps away from his opponent.  Kuno senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Kuno lands a left hook, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.  Cobos now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Cobos throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Kuno steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Kuno holds on to his opponent.  Kuno leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Kuno tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Cobos's kidney. Cobos quickly recovers. 
Kuno is on target with a right hook to Cobos's body.  
Kuno gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Kuno lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Kuno whips in a hurtful right hook to his opponents ribcage.  COBOS IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Kuno slams a hurtful left hook into Cobos's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE COBOS WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Kuno holds on to his opponent.  Kuno is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Cobos quickly recovers. 
Kuno lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Kuno throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Kuno drives a firm left uppercut into Cobos's liver.  
Kuno digs in a firm right hook to his opponents body.  Kuno ties up his opponent.  Kuno tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Cobos behind the head. 
Kuno lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kuno lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND DROPS COBOS TO THE CANVAS!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Kuno!
