ZbyÜek Apel vs Eduardo Daniel

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at I. Czech Lawn Tennis Club, Prague,  taking place on 02/04/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Nova Sports 1, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are ZbyÜek Apel (5(2) - 0) who hails from Ostrava, Czech Republic and Eduardo Daniel(3 - 2 - 2) from Merlo, Argentina.  Apel weighed in at 111 pounds and 12 ounces, while Daniel weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is MatyßÜ Andera, and the three ringside judges are Oleg Bucek, Ambro× Minarik and Michal Marousek.  

Round 1: 

Daniel switches the action to the outside and connects with an overhand left.  
Daniel steps to the outside.  Apel sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a hard jab.  
Apel steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Apel walks Daniel into the corner.  Apel lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Apel sidesteps to the right of his opponent and drives a sharp right hook into Daniel's ribcage.  
Apel attempts to land a left uppercut, but Daniel blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Apel steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Daniel is whaling away with hooks, but Apel keeps his defence tight.  
Apel lands a hard jab.  
Apel drives a solid right hook into his opponents ribs.  
Apel lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a jab to the head, a left hook to the body and a jab to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Apel senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Daniel and just needs the right shot.  Apel lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands three consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  It looks like Daniel has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Apel throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Apel advances into close range and is on target with a firm left uppercut to his opponents body.  DANIEL IS HURT!  Daniel quickly recovers. 
Apel is on target with a jab.  
Apel gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Daniel is on target with a jab.  
Apel steps inside and digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Apel is on target with a left uppercut to Daniel's body.  Apel ties up his opponent.  Apel leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Apel pushes his forearm into Daniel's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Apel to stop fouling.  
Apel digs in a powerful left uppercut to Daniel's body.  DANIEL WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Daniel now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Daniel's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Daniel's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Daniel steps away from his opponent and tries to land a cross, but Apel slips the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Apel closes the distance and is on target with a sharp left uppercut to Daniel's body.  
Apel lands a SAVAGE cross.  DANIEL IS HURT!  
Apel closes the distance.  Apel knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Apel connects with a CRUSHING right hook.  DANIEL HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  It looks like Daniel has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Apel gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Apel lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Apel is looking to close the distance and is on target with a firm right hook to his opponents body.  
Daniel throws a left hook, but Apel clinches his opponent.  Daniel uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Apel behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Daniel about fouling.  
Apel slams a spiteful left hook into Daniel's body.  DANIEL IS HURT!  
Apel hits the target with a spiteful jab.  It looks like Daniel has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Apel lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a jab to the head.  He then lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Apel lands a left hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Apel gets on the inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Apel throws a left uppercut, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Apel ties up his opponent.  Apel is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Apel lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Apel is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Apel lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Daniel steps away from his opponent.  Apel is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Apel lands three consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents head.  The winner by KO is Apel!
