Jack Denholm vs Ashley Hopping

Boxing Daily Report from the Numb Nation promoted show at Bridgeport Espy, Bridgeport,  taking place on 04/04/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Connecticut Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jack Denholm (14(2) - 4) who hails from New Haven, USA and Ashley Hopping(30(21) - 6(1) - 2) from Bridgeport, USA.  Both Denholm and Hopping weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Peter Catanach, and the three ringside judges are Davie Maines, John Hilton and Peter Liddell.  

Round 1: 

Denholm sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a sharp cross.  
Hopping gets on the inside.  Denholm pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut.
