Joaquin Topete vs Tajo Marta

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional promoted show at Santiago Chirinos Gym, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 18/12/2021:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Dominican Republic Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joaquin Topete (9 - 1) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Tajo Marta(5 - 1) from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic.  Both Topete and Marta weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Reynaldo Arellanes, and the three ringside judges are Paco Cantero, Joaquin Burgo and Diego Portilla.
