Manuel Rodriguez vs Paul Botha

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Olympic Stadium, Montreal,  taking place on 23/04/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Manuel Rodriguez (9(9) - 0 - 1) who hails from Viba del Mar, Chile and Paul Botha(18(2) - 3(2)) from Durban, South Africa.  Both Rodriguez and Botha weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Smith, and the three ringside judges are Gerard Segalen, Henry Popkin and Chevy Robert.  

Round 1: 

Rodriguez closes the distance.  Botha tries to land a left hook, but Rodriguez sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut.
