Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Edwards Hall, Miami,  taking place on 30/04/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Louis The Wasp Wasson (17(13) - 0) who hails from Chicago, USA and Greg Canal(8(2) - 3) from Albuquerque, USA.  Both Wasson and Canal weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zachary Headden, and the three ringside judges are Elliot Balderas, Xaverius Vea and Jack Canales.  

Round 1: 

Wasson lands with a stinging jab.  
Wasson tries to keep the action at long range.  Canal attempts to land a jab, but Wasson sidesteps and counters with a firm left uppercut.

Wasson steps away from his opponent and attempts to land a jab, but Canal sidesteps and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Canal attempts to land a cross, but Wasson parries the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Canal is looking to close the distance and manages to force Wasson onto the ropes.  Canal pivots to the right of his opponent andAs Canal tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Wasson dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Wasson lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.

Wasson lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Wasson dabs at his face checking for damage.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Canal's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.

Canal is looking to close the distance.  Canal pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Wasson is looking to keep his distance.  Canal lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Canal gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Wasson drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Canal lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Wasson lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Wasson steps away from his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Wasson is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Wasson lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES CANAL!  He manages to get up at 6.  Canal now seems to have his senses back.  
Canal throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Canal lands a ramrod jab.  Canal attempts to land a jab, but Wasson sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Canal hits home with a firm cross.  
Canal closes the distance.  Wasson is on target with a left hook to Canal's body.  
Wasson tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND SENDS CANAL SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  
Wasson is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Wasson lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, KNOCKING CANAL DOWN!  The ref immediately waves off the fight...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Wasson!
