Brendan Krick vs Ian Guinness

Boxing Daily Report from the Ruler Fighting promoted show at St. Louis McCreery, St. Louis,  taking place on 07/04/2044:

Clearly Ruler Fighting have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mid West Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brendan Krick (5 - 3 - 1) who hails from St. Louis, USA and Ian Guinness(10 - 5(1)) from Lincoln, USA.  Both Krick and Guinness weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Callum Johansen, and the three ringside judges are George Mulloy, Dom Quinn and Gethin Rodgers.  

Round 1: 

Guinness closes the distance and is on target with a solid right hook.  
Krick switches the action to the outside and hits home with an overhand left.

Guinness throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Guinness ties up his opponent.  Guinness leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Guinness's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
