Michael Mordecai vs Bob Caudill

Boxing Daily Report from the Kapenta Promotions promoted show at Savannah Rumage, Savannah,  taking place on 05/04/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Georgia Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael Mordecai (21 - 14(2) - 7) who hails from Atlanta, USA and Bob Caudill(18(4) - 10) from Augusta, USA.  Mordecai weighed in at 153 pounds and 10 ounces, while Caudill weighed in at 153 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ewan Rodgers, and the three ringside judges are Jake Kilgore, Jacob Quigley and Chris Troupe.  

Round 1: 

Caudill closes the distance and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Caudill advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Caudill pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.

Caudill walks Mordecai onto the ropes.  Caudill sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.

It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Mordecai.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.

Caudill leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
