Michi Machi vs Yasushi Konno

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kanagawa promoted show at Jiro Seki Gym, Yokohama,  taking place on 23/12/2021:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Michi Machi (4 - 4 - 2) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Yasushi Konno(5 - 3 - 1) from Yokohama, Japan.  Machi weighed in at 226 pounds and 4 ounces, while Konno weighed in at 226 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Iwao Tanabe, and the three ringside judges are Ichiro Yokota, Kenji Shirai and Yuji Uchiyama.
