Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Soweto Hall, Soweto,  taking place on 13/04/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ruben Theron (40(25) - 18(8) - 1) who hails from Tembisa, South Africa and Vuyisile Zulu(30 - 24(22)) from Soweto, South Africa.  Theron weighed in at 236 pounds and 6 ounces, while Zulu weighed in at 236 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rob Bakwamba, and the three ringside judges are Amon Makwetla, William Ekstein and Mahdi Jamin.

Zulu steps inside.  Zulu sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Theron drives a solid right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Zulu manages to force Theron into the corner.  Zulu tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Theron quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Zulu is on target with a cross.  
Theron is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Zulu lands a straight 1 - 2.

Zulu forces Theron to back into the ropes.  Zulu lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Zulu goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Theron's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Zulu is looking to close the distance and tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a WICKED left hook.  ZULU IS HURT!

Theron steps away from his opponent and connects with a solid overhand right.  
Zulu hits home with a stinging jab.  
Zulu hits the target with a spiteful jab.  
Theron lands an overhand right to the head, a jab to the head and a jab to the body.  
Theron DETONATES a BRUTAL overhand right on his opponents face.  ZULU HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.
