Mike Bay vs Bruce Allender

Boxing Daily Report from the Shima-Enaga promoted show at Shima-Enaga Gym, Nassau,  taking place on 28/05/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Mike Bay (3 - 0) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Bruce Allender(0 - 9(2) - 1) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Both Bay and Allender weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Brodrick, and the three ringside judges are Matt Dawe, Clint Morgan and Davie Bach.

Bay closes the distance.  Allender throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Bay holds on to his opponent.  Bay pushes his forearm into Allender's face.  The referee warns Bay and breaks the clinch.

Bay closes the distance.  Allender pivots to the side of his opponent.  Allender throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Bay drives a left hook into Allender's body.  Bay clinches his opponent.  Bay leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Bay quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Allender's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.
