Akil Mehta vs Ibrahim Sham

Boxing Daily Report from the Buari Promotions promoted show at Harendra Bahri Gym, Jaipur,  taking place on 22/04/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Rajasthan Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Akil Mehta (7 - 25 - 4) who hails from Jaipur, India and Ibrahim Sham(6 - 11(2)) from Jaipur, India.  Mehta weighed in at 175 pounds, while Sham weighed in at 175 pounds and 13 ounces.    As Sham came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Chiranjeevi Takshak, and the three ringside judges are Lochan Balasubramani, Lochan Mehra and Danyaal Jamail.
