Juan Palomares vs Ricardo Meraz

Boxing Daily Report from the Kayo Promotions promoted show at Mexico City Tejeda, Mexico City,  taking place on 27/04/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Distrito Federal Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Palomares (16 - 12 - 10) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Ricardo Meraz(5 - 7 - 2) from Mexico City, Mexico.  Both Palomares and Meraz weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quito Tostado, and the three ringside judges are Felippe Sison, Aimon Campillo and Loredo Barcelona.

Palomares steps away from his opponent.  Meraz hits home with an overhand right.
