John Erichsen vs Rex Aamodt

Boxing Daily Report from the Sarkodee Promotions promoted show at Johnny Christophersen Gym, Minneapolis,  taking place on 04/05/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Minnesota Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Erichsen (6 - 9(1)) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Rex Aamodt(1 - 3(1) - 1) from Minneapolis, USA.  Both Erichsen and Aamodt weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Soderberg, and the three ringside judges are Brad Dey, Charlie Genz and David Scholar.  

Round 1: 

Erichsen sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Aamodt hits home with a left hook.  
Erichsen is looking to close the distance.  Aamodt pivots from in front of his opponent.  Erichsen connects with a right hook.
