Mike Burke vs Declan Mellett

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Washington promoted show at Hugh Lockart Gym, Tacoma,  taking place on 06/05/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Washington Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mike Burke (1 - 4) who hails from Spokane, USA and Declan Mellett(13 - 20(4) - 5) from Tacoma, USA.  Burke weighed in at 126 pounds, while Mellett weighed in at 125 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Ante, and the three ringside judges are Dave Desailly, Mark Lyne and Jay Aries.  

Round 1: 

Burke advances into close range.  Burke goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Mellett time to recover.  
Burke gets on the inside and lands a right hook.

Burke tries to land a jab, but Mellett slips the shot and counters with a cross.

Burke walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Burke connects with a right hook.  
Mellett connects with a cross.  
Burke gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Burke advances into close range.  Mellett digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Mellett's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.
