John Poku vs Dembe Attoh

Boxing Daily Report from the Busia Promotions promoted show at Quarren Adarkwa Gym, Kumasi,  taking place on 20/01/2022:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana-Ashanti Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Poku (5 - 3 - 2) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Dembe Attoh(7 - 1) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Poku weighed in at 122 pounds, while Attoh weighed in at 121 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Andy Salawu, and the three ringside judges are Scott Acquah, Vincent Lamptey and Vincent Lamptey.  

Round 1: 

Poku advances into close range and digs in a right hook to Attoh's body.
