Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Ashanti promoted show at Kumasi Kuenyehia, Kumasi,  taking place on 21/01/2022:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ghana Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Makalo Akamenya (8 - 0) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Raimy Kole(6 - 1) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Akamenya weighed in at 126 pounds, while Kole weighed in at 125 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Amon Amartey, and the three ringside judges are Ibrahim Siddiqi, Vincent Lamptey and Amon Amartey.
