Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas,  taking place on 07/05/2044:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the WRBO Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESPN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aslan Ghanem (26(21) - 1) who hails from Ankara, Turkey and Webber Sand(32(29) - 10(7)) from Bern, Switzerland.  Ghanem weighed in at 174 pounds and 11 ounces, while Sand weighed in at 174 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ian Levingston, and the three ringside judges are Vincent Ovens, Dave Farquharson and Brad Primrose.
