Leon Probert vs Enzo Mare

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles,  taking place on 14/05/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the IRBF Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on HBO, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Leon The Thin Man Probert (25(19) - 1) who hails from Los Angeles, USA and Enzo Mare(46(42) - 11(7) - 1) from Apopa, El Salvador.  Probert weighed in at 129 pounds and 15 ounces, while Mare weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Snedden, and the three ringside judges are Ian Blevens, Dominic Pollino and Kieran Smail.  

Round 1: 

Mare walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Probert throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Probert steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Probert attempts to land a left hook, but Mare slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Probert senses Mare is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Probert lands two left hooks followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS MARE DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Mare now seems to have got his legs back.
